This Privacy Policy explains how WEDO AKTSA LLC, a Florida limited liability company with its principal address at 4709 Pershoie Lane, Kissimmee, FL 34746, United States ("WEDO," "we," "us," or "our"), collects, uses, and protects information when you use the WEDO application, the websites at the-wedo.com and app.the-wedo.com, and all related services (together, the "Service").

WEDO is a business tool for painting contractors. We collect only what we need to run the Service for you, we do not sell your personal information, and you can request deletion of your account and data at any time.

1. Information we collect

We collect the following categories of information:

Account information — your name, email address, phone number, and company/branding details you provide when you register or set up your profile.
Business content you create — estimates, invoices, contracts, clients and their contact details, jobs, schedules, payroll, materials, inventory, and financial records you enter into the Service.
Photos, scans and files — job photos, room scans, blueprints, receipts, and other images or documents you capture or upload. These are stored on our servers so they appear across your devices and in your documents.
Audio — voice recordings you make for the narration/transcription feature, which are processed to convert speech to text.
Location & regional data — a job ZIP code or approximate location you provide or allow, used to estimate regional pricing and weather for a job.
Diagnostic & usage data — app performance and error logs used to keep the Service stable and to fix problems.
Purchase information — subscription status and transaction identifiers. Payment card details are handled by Apple (in-app purchases) or our payment processor and are not stored by WEDO.

2. How we use information

To provide, sync, and maintain the Service across your phone and computer.
To generate estimates, 3D color previews, transcriptions, and contracts, including through AI processing.
To process your subscription (including the free trial) and prevent fraud.
To provide support and respond to your requests.
To secure, troubleshoot, and improve the Service.
To comply with legal obligations.

3. AI features

Some features (such as reading a room scan, generating a 3D color preview, transcribing audio, and drafting contract text) send the relevant content — for example a photo, scan, or audio clip — to trusted AI processing providers to produce the result. This content is used to provide the feature to you and is not used to advertise to you.

4. Service providers

We share information with service providers ("subprocessors") only as needed to run the Service. These may include:

Google Firebase / Google Cloud — account sign-in, database, file storage, notifications, and AI processing.
Apple — in-app subscription purchases and receipts.
Our payment processor — subscription billing on the web.

These providers may process information in the United States. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for third-party advertising.

5. Data retention

We keep your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. When you delete your account, we delete or de-identify your personal information, except where we are required to retain it by law.

6. Your rights & account deletion

You may access, correct, or delete your information. To delete your account and associated data, use the account/delete option in the app or email us at suporte@the-wedo.com and we will process your request. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under applicable privacy laws.

7. Security

We protect information in transit using industry-standard encryption (HTTPS) and take reasonable measures to safeguard the data we store. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your information.

8. Children

The Service is a business tool intended for users 18 and older and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above, and material changes will be reflected in the Service.
