This Privacy Policy explains how WEDO AKTSA LLC ("WEDO," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and protects information when you use the WEDO application and websites (the "Service"). In short: we collect only what we need to run WEDO for you. We do not sell your data, and we do not use it for advertising or cross-app tracking.
1.Who this applies to
WEDO is a business tool for painting contractors, offered to users 18 years or older in the United States. It is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

4.Artificial intelligence processing
Some WEDO features use artificial intelligence — for example, generating estimates from a photo or video, drafting emails, and the Guardian's automatic error diagnosis. To do this, the relevant content (such as the image, text, or a technical error report) is processed by a trusted AI provider, Google Cloud Vertex AI, acting on our behalf to return a result to you. This content is used to produce your result and to operate the feature; it is not used to send you advertising.
5.How we share information
We share information only with service providers that help us run WEDO, and only as needed to provide the Service. These providers process data on our behalf under their own security and privacy commitments:

6.Data storage and security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including encrypted connections, access controls, and secured databases. Your data is processed and stored using the providers above. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, but we work to protect your information and to fix issues quickly.
7.How long we keep your information
We keep your information for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the Service. When you delete your account, we delete or de-identify your personal information within a reasonable period, except where we must keep certain records to comply with legal, tax, or security obligations. Diagnostic and crash records are kept only as long as useful for reliability and then removed.
8.Your choices and rights
- Access and update. You can view and edit your account and business information directly in the app.
- Delete your account. You can delete your account and associated data at any time from within the app (Settings → Close account).
- Contact us. For any privacy request, email suporte@the-wedo.com and we will respond within a reasonable time.
9.Children's privacy
WEDO is intended for users 18 and older and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
10.Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date and, where appropriate, notify you in the app or by email. Your continued use of the Service after the changes take effect means you accept the updated policy.
